I love it here. The office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance is always helpful. A heated pool or hot tub would be welcome but I understand all places have limitations.

I moved from Alaska and did everything over the phone and computer. Joy and Heather made it easy and they are so nice and friendly. Do pay attention to the pay portal it is a little confusing at first.

I love it here! I lived in Downtown Houston high rises for more than 12 years. It was time to make a change after my grandson became a permanent resident with me. I wasn't sure what area I wanted to live. I just knew he needed his own space, and a place to begin making friends. I did not want to fully commit to the purchase of a home right away! Mirellaliving.com gave us all the features of home living and community. We've only been here for 2 months now and we are right at home....... Oh..... and Jennifer is absolutely AMAZING 👏 Thank you Mirella!

Overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes daily errands simple. The community itself is clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping is kept up nicely. Amenities like the pool, gym, and common areas are a big plus. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable timeframe, and the staff is professional and helpful when issues come up.

I genuinely love coming home here. The community is very peaceful, and I love seeing the kids out in the street playing. The one thing I do miss, though, is the lights that were on the trees during the holidays as you drove in. Just added a nice magical touch to the place!

The entire facility was built without appropriate and adequate parking. The roads are too narrow. And I don't see any way to fix it. BAD PLANNING.

Residents have been asked not to park on the street, yet people still do even though everyone has off the street parking space. I even have people parking in front of my home which I do not think is right. I do not want other people’s company parking in front of my home. When residents park on the street it makes it difficult for emergency vehicles to navigate moving down the street. Residents need to be aware of this. There’s no reason for residents to be parking on the street when everyone has off the street designated parking. It makes the community more attractive when you don’t have vehicles parking on the streets.

This rating reflects the lack of response to inquiries regarding parking as well as last‑minute management decisions that were not enforced at the start of the lease. Additionally, adequate parking is not available, and the garages appear to have been designed and constructed too small to accommodate truck vehicle size. With parking changes, it has put several tenants in a bind who are not accommodated with the above.

Overall, 5 stars however we are having internet issues and understand that others in the neighborhood are having the same. Also, the groundskeepers/irrigation folks seem to have fallen down on the job. Not watering enough especially. We love living here!

Jennifer-10 stars; the treatment I would expect at a GS community. However, on the day prior to move in, I encountered the mgr who was far from welcoming. So rude that my mover/minister offered to pray for her. She declined. I work in MF, I understand the stressors. I gave her grace that day. I was greeted on day 2 with a worse attitude. My movers were pointed at and questioned about if they would be living there. I was yelled at about move-in policies of which I knew nothing about as I was not offered a move-in consult because the manager “had meetings to attend and would not have time.” I reached out to colleagues who connected me w/ the RM who was courteous. But, stating that the residents rave about this mgr is NOT what I needed to hear after being treated horribly. If I could afford another $1700 move, I would have cancelled. I had 2 other leases options. It was due to Jennifer and my agent that I chose Mirella. Praying things get better and there is no backlash.

Jennifer has been an absolute dream to work with! She was very knowledgeable on the property, took her time to show me around every where on site and took me to a couple of different homes, just to make sure that I could know all of my available options! In addition, I came back over a couple of days later to show my son the home that I'd chosen, and both Jennifer and the Property Manager was delightful. Opened up the home to allow us our time to walk through and just take in the place. The property is beautiful and we're looking forward to living here!

We love everything about living at Mirella! We say all the time it feels like we are on vacation. We walk around the lake every day, and it is beautiful & serene. The playground is perfect for entertaining littles, and the gym is excellent! The community events are well-done, also! Everyone who comes over tells us how much they love our beautiful community. :)

I recently moved into this community and overall, it is quiet and peaceful place to live, which I really appreciate. However, there has been a consistent issue with ants on the property. There are many and piles around, and they often make their way onto my patio and even inside my home. It has been a challenge to keep them under control, and I hope management can address this soon.

Everything has been great, we have nothing to complain about. The peace and quiet has been the most enjoyable. We are close enough to anything you could want or crave but far enjoy away that you’re not in the middle of it.

We have been loving living here. The staff, from the front office to the maintenance team have all been amazing and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are all kind. There’s plenty to do for as a family, from the pool to the playground.

Floor plan of homes is laid out very nice. We love our home! Neighborhood is very quiet. Walking area around the lake is very nice. We did have a problem with the landscaping of our yard but, the staff had the landscapers come out and fixed it the problem and it now looks very beautiful!

Having no shared walls is amazing. Being home and having peace and quiet is something you cannot put a price tag on. The property manager is very communicative and makes you feel very cared for. I see myself in this community for a long time.

Since the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the community and the vibe here. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it instantly felt comfortable. We recently moved into our new home in Mirela, and it is absolutely wonderful! It’s a quiet, beautiful place, perfect for both relaxation and everyday living. The entire area is very clean and well-maintained, and the house has everything needed for a comfortable life. The swimming pool and the relaxation area create a unique feeling of peace and serenity — a true haven where you can fully unwind. A huge thank you to the amazing managers, especially Jennifer, who made our move smooth and stress-free. Their support and care were truly exceptional. We are incredibly grateful!
