My wife and I haven’t officially moved in yet, but we’re excited to become part of this community. The ladies in the office were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire application and tour process. If their attitude is any indication of the community as a whole, we’re confident we’ll be very happy in our new neighborhood.

Everyone including the residents are nice and friendly. It feels like Mayberry. Lol. I like the fact it's quiet and I'm hoping it remains this way. I haven't had any issues.

Floor plan of homes is laid out very nice. We love our home! Neighborhood is very quiet. Walking area around the lake is very nice. We did have a problem with the landscaping of our yard but, the staff had the landscapers come out and fixed it the problem and it now looks very beautiful!

Having no shared walls is amazing. Being home and having peace and quiet is something you cannot put a price tag on. The property manager is very communicative and makes you feel very cared for. I see myself in this community for a long time.

Since the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the community and the vibe here. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it instantly felt comfortable. The staff made everything super easy and really took the time to answer our questions. You can tell they actually care about the people here. The place itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was how connected and inviting it all felt.

Friendly. Welcoming a knowledgeable. The property is beautifully laid out and well maintained. So many amenities. It feels like you are far outside of the city. The staff has been amazing in helping me through the process.

We love living at Mirella. It is quiet, peaceful and we feel safe. Location is convienent to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful area to walk dogs. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

My family and I love our house and the community! It’s very family oriented , love the weather , and the park and lake combo is so peaceful especially when you go at a good time ! There’s so much to do here ! I also love and appreciate how the community communicates with the residents and also having events as well I think that’s super cool and neat.

Beautiful, quiet and safe! That's what I tjink about my new community. Neighbors are nice. Staff is excellent. It's great not having to worry about garbage pick up and lawn maintenance. My calls are answered expeditiously. Love it here!

We love it here! Our home is beautiful and spacious for our family, and we use amenities daily: playing on the playground, going to the gym, swimming at the pool, and walking around the lake. It’s been the perfect place for our family!

I really love having access to a pool and a24-hour gym. It's also great that trash is collected five days a week. Overall, it makes life incredibly convenient.

Moving into Mirella has been such a gift. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported, not just as a tenant, but as a person. The Jennifer made the process smooth and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit for me and my girls. The neighborhood is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and already feels like home. I’ve felt safe here, and that means everything when you're starting a new chapter. The layout of the home is thoughtful have made daily life easier and more enjoyable.

All delightful folks in Management. So far, they have been helpful any time we asked. The biggest problem we have had so far is not enough storage and some storage for everyday use is poorly designed.

i love this new caldwell community!! it's so cute & peaceful & very safe which is a major plus! i like that there is a trash program that doesn't require me to walk forever away to throw away a heavy bag

We recently moved into our new home in Mirela, and it is absolutely wonderful! It’s a quiet, beautiful place, perfect for both relaxation and everyday living. The entire area is very clean and well-maintained, and the house has everything needed for a comfortable life. The swimming pool and the relaxation area create a unique feeling of peace and serenity — a true haven where you can fully unwind. A huge thank you to the amazing managers, especially Jennifer, who made our move smooth and stress-free. Their support and care were truly exceptional. We are incredibly grateful!

The application process was so fast and easy, the ladies in the office were so helpful every step of the way, there were no bumps or issues, and moving day was simple as well. Haven’t moved in yet. So far I love the “cottage” like feel of the community and can’t wait til I move in and get acquainted with my new neighbors.
