i love this new caldwell community!! it's so cute & peaceful & very safe which is a major plus! i like that there is a trash program that doesn't require me to walk forever away to throw away a heavy bag

We recently moved into our new home in Mirela, and it is absolutely wonderful! It’s a quiet, beautiful place, perfect for both relaxation and everyday living. The entire area is very clean and well-maintained, and the house has everything needed for a comfortable life. The swimming pool and the relaxation area create a unique feeling of peace and serenity — a true haven where you can fully unwind. A huge thank you to the amazing managers, especially Jennifer, who made our move smooth and stress-free. Their support and care were truly exceptional. We are incredibly grateful!

From the very start of finding this property to finally signing the lease everything has been five stars. The staff is amazing. The property manager has answered every question I have ever had. I am so excited to be living in this community. The houses are amazing. The details are definitely luxury and the property has so many amenities to offer.

Staff is excellent, very responsive and provides outstanding customer service. Walter is outstanding in his promptness, efforts and work. We have been very pleased from the very beginning. Highly pleased with the staffs sensitivities to new residences.

I love it. I love the community and meeting my neighbors. The houses are beautiful, and I definitely love walking my dogs along the trail. The lake is absolutely breathtaking taking in.

The application process was so fast and easy, the ladies in the office were so helpful every step of the way, there were no bumps or issues, and moving day was simple as well. I couldn’t be happier with the community, everything is beautiful and nice, and the house is gorgeous. So far we are extremely pleased!

Highly recommended this secluded and gated community with all the luxury amenities. Met some of the neighbors and everyone seems to be really nice.

Haven’t moved in yet. So far I love the “cottage” like feel of the community and can’t wait til I move in and get acquainted with my new neighbors. So looking forward to sitting on my front porch and enjoying the lake and other amenities. Jan 10 is the move in date! I am a colored pencil artist/teacher. Hope to share my many years of experience to those who are interested.

I give Mirella a 5 star but have had issues with my house, in particular. I want to say that the staff is great and are always available to talk to. My house has had some issues that should’ve been addressed before move in. I have a broken window at the top of my home. Mind you it’s only decorative, but from the outside it makes my house look bad.This was first brought up upon move-in 11/1 and just now 11/26 they will measure the window and it will take days to make. I’ve been dealing with blinds for 25 days and those were replaced. I understand the community is still under construction but as a paying renter, I wish these issues would’ve been fixed a lot sooner. I have family coming for the holidays, I’m embarrassed for them to see the outside. Walter, the handyman, has been great, when he’s available. He’s super nice and makes sure you’re happy. I truly love living here so maybe it’s just my home that I feel like they rushed too quickly in building, therefore mistakes were made.
